Every appointment is with Dr. Eduard Fuzaylov, allowing him to know your medical history, understand your concerns, and provide consistent, personalized care.
Most routine laboratory testing can be completed during your office visit, saving you a separate trip to an outside laboratory.
We offer same-day appointments and in-person sick visits to help you receive timely care when you need it.
Dr. Fuzaylov remains involved beyond the office, following eligible patients in hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and through house calls when appropriate.
When specialty care is needed, Dr. Fuzaylov works with trusted specialists and helps coordinate referrals and follow-up care.
